Well said Nelson Mandela,” Education is the only weapon to change the World.” So, here I am sharing my admission experience with you all.

The twelfth standard is the peak time of choosing the right career path to ensure good future options. Same happened to me I too was tense about my admission and simultaneously for my boards which are at that time their corner. In class 11 itself, After discussing it with my parents, I decided to get admission to engineering. For that, I started preparing for JEE exams which are considered a kind of gateway to get into good colleges. Now, I gave my January 2023 session of JEE but unfortunately got a low percentile which told me that I am not going to qualify for my second attempt too because of tough competition, I leave that there and started preparing for boards. In February 2023 I am fully concentrated on boards. In my free time, I am scrolling Google and come to know about other engineering entrance exams apart from JEE, these are BITSAT conducted by BITS Pilani and their other campuses, second is VITEEE conducted by VIT Vellore, UPJEE as I am from Uttar Pradesh and many more. I searched for all these exams their eligibility, fees and admission process. I decided to give VITEEE only so , I filled out its form and pay the registration fees of Rs.1350, I didn’t fill in other forms.

Now my board exams started and I gave them full concentration to achieve good marks. After my boards ended on 13th March 2023 I scrolled out everything about that VITEEE exam and started preparing for it.

Some of you are wondering why I left JEE, simultaneously with VITEEE also preparing for JEE session 2 but with less hope. I gave JEE and again disappointed results I failed it. I decided not to take a drop. But I have at that time other chance. My VITEEE exam was scheduled on 20th April 2023, in the first shift. I went to the centre in Noida and came back after 2 and half hour long exam. This time I am sure that definitely I will get selected. On 26th April 2023 when I was sleeping in the morning got a mail of the results out of VITEEE exam. I rushed on my PC opened the VIT portal and checked my result and yes I made it.I got AIR 702 which ensure my seat. I told my parents they were happy and glad too.

After 3 days counselling started as my rank was good my counselling was in phase 1 which is fully online, on 29th April 2023 I need to pay counselling fees of Rs.6500 and filled out my desired courses in btech which was CSE Core . On May 2 I got my seat locked in btech cse core. As there are five categories in which ranks are divided and fees structure category wise is different too so, I got 2nd category and VIT Vellore campus. After paying tuition fees and hostel fees I got my admission letter on 9th May 2023.

It was a good day but tensions are not gone away yet my board results are around the corner. On 12th May 2023 Board results were out. again I made it and got 91%.

This was how my journey went on but due to the mercy of god, I made it possible.

Now, I will tell you all the requirements of VITEEE exams –
