National Institute of Technology (NIT Andhra Pradesh) Admission Experience

I have always found the workings of things to be fascinating, and I knew that I wanted to go into engineering. I participated in the robotics team in high school and took as many math and science subjects as I could. I prepared assiduously and took practice examinations because I was aware that I would need to perform well on the JEE Main and Advanced exams in order to enroll in a reputable engineering college.

When I learned that I had been accepted to NIT AP, I was overjoyed. The college’s outstanding engineering program and Andhra Pradesh location greatly interested me. When I first arrived on campus, I was astonished by the cutting-edge amenities and the welcoming, encouraging environment. I rapidly grew close to my classmates and began participating in the numerous extracurricular activities offered by the college.

I am studying CSE(computer science) course in NIT AP which is a very fascinating course and I love to learn these from my faculty. faculty in the college are very talented and friendly with students. The campus is of totally friendly environment so students can learn and explore new things easily

Admission process:

• Need to pass 12th class with minimum 75% marks
• Need to clear JEE mains with a descent rank
• Then apply in Josaa portal you can pick any number of courses you want in NIT AP(There are a total of 7 courses offered in NIT AP for BTech)
• You need to have a good rank in JEE Mains to get your wanted branch
• you will be allocated the course which has available seats in your picked list
• Seat allocation will be done based on ranks obtained in JEE’s main
• 50% of seats are reserved for AP students and the remaining 50% are open all over India

Fee structure:

• For OC students whose income >6lakhs per sem 62,500 tuition fee + 32,500 hostel fee
• for EWS,BC students with income <1 lakh per sem 0 tuition fee + 32,500 hostel fee
• for EWS, BC students with income in the range 1 lakh to 6 lakh per sem 33,000 tuition fee + 32,500 hostel fee
• for SC, ST students per sem 0 tuition fee + 32,500 hostel fee
