Ribbon Communications Pvt Ltd. Interview Experience

As a recent graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering, I was excited to apply for the role of Software Developer at Ribbon Communications Pvt Ltd. I came across this opportunity on Naukri.com and applied for it immediately. After submitting my application, I was delighted to receive an email inviting me to attend an online interview.

On the day of the interview, I was nervous but also eager to showcase my skills and knowledge. I logged onto the online platform a few minutes before the scheduled time. The interviewer was already waiting for me, and we exchanged pleasantries before diving into the interview.

The first round was a technical round, where the interviewer asked me in-depth electronics questions. I was a bit nervous at first but I tried my best to answer each question as accurately and confidently as I could. The questions were related to topics such as :

• Circuit theory
• Analog electronics
• Digital Electronics 
• Microprocessors
• Modulation 
• Multiplexing 
• Computer networks  
• Communication systems
• OOPs
• Data structures and algorithms.

I was able to answer most of the questions to the best of my knowledge, but there were a few that I struggled with. However, the interviewer was patient and provided me with hints and explanations to help me understand the concepts better.

The second round was a coding round, where I was given programming problems and asked to write code to solve them. The first question was related to string manipulation in C language and involved some basic algorithms and data structures. The second question was to calculate an average of three numbers by creating a class and using a method in Java. I was able to solve the problems within the given time limit and write clean and efficient code.

The interviewer also asked me about my strengths and weaknesses, and how would I overcome weaknesses. I explained to him that my strength is my ability to work well in a team and my patience. And my weakness is my tendency to get distracted easily. I told him that I am constantly working on improving my focus and concentration.

Overall, the interview experience at Ribbon Communications Pvt Ltd was challenging but also rewarding. The interviewer was friendly and professional, and the questions he asked me were more relevant to the role I applied for. I was very happy with my performance and felt confident that I would be selected for this position.
