Round 1: Offline Test

Students were called to College Labs for Pre Placement Talk And Test

The test consisted of 4 rounds :

Aptitude, Technical, Coding & Front End

Each section had the timer

Aptitude – Basic LR, Verbal Abilities, and QA(Easy level)

Technical– MCQs on Data Structures, Pseudocodes, Networks, DBMS (Easy to Medium Level)

Coding – 2 questions(45 mins)- (1- Easy, 1-Medium)

FrontEnd – MCQs on Javascript, React, API calls(Medium Level)

42 Students were Shortlisted out of 145

Round 2: Technical Interview

Interviews were taken according to Profiles. My interview was based on a Quality Assurance profile. It was a one-hour-long conversation.

Questions were based on :

• JAVA
• Collections
• OS
• DBMS
• Computer Networks
• SQL
• OOPS
• Software Engineering
• Testing

JAVA – abstract classes, methods, static keyword, final / finalize keyword, use of public static void main, IS JAVA Compiled? etc

Collections – Questions around its types, HashMap, HashSet, usage of Collections, etc

OS – Process

DBMS – normalization, use of DBMS, Connections od Database and a few other basics

Networks – HTTP vs HTTPS, Network Layer, TCP/IP, OSI Model etc

SQL – Got me to write a few queries

OOPS – what is OOPS? 4 principles and their implementation, Overloading and Overriding, and a few other Basic questions

SE – SDLC model its description, waterfall model

TESTING- Gave me a scenario and ask how’d I test it, Integration testing, System Testing, Black Box testing, White Box testing, Alpha and Beta Testing
