Rently Interview Experience 2020-2021

Round 1(Coding Round): I attended Rently Software interview on-campus during my 6th semester for the developer’s role. The first round was the coding round hosted on the Hackerrank platform consists of 2 questions one is coding questions for this we can choose any programming language and another question is DBMS query question. You need to solve both Questions for getting to the next round. It is mandatory.

Round 2(HR Round): The second round is the HR round this round happened through Google meet because of Covid Lockdown. In this round, the HR asked the basic questions like

  1. Tell me about yourself?
  2. Your Strength and weakness
  3. How do you see yourself after 5 years?
  4. What do you do in your free time?
  5. Any questions for me and Done?

And some typical HR questions. This round is like one communication between you and HR. This round lasts for 30 minutes.



Round 3(Technical Round): The third round is Technical Round and happened through the Google meet. There were 2-panel members for an interview. The Questions differ between each panel. To crack this round you need to concentrate more on the resume skills and the projects, Data structures, Problem-solving skills, DBMS, Operating Systems. It was a long interview that almost went 1.5 hours.

Round 4(Management Round- I): This round starts with telling me about yourselves,

  1. Explain to me the project you mentioned in the resume, then the interviewer started posting some basic questions about projects,
  2. Some Theory questions from oops (what is inheritance, abstract classes, etc), DBMS, operating systems.
  3. At last, asked about SDLC, Agile, and its principles, scrum
  4. Any questions for me and Done?

This round lasts for 30 minutes.  

Round 5(Management Round-II): This is the final round you have this round with the MD of the organization. This round is just a one to one conversation asks questions like

  1. Tell me about yourselves
  2. Family Background?
  3. What is your interest?
  4. Any questions for me and Done? And some basic questions. This round also lasts for 30 minutes.

And in the end, I would like to say just strengthen your basics and prepare each and everything that’s written on your resume and take help from the GFG platform as this would really help you a lot and Be Confident.
