Rently Interview Experience for Internship + Full Time (On-Campus)

I attended the Rently On-campus Placement drive for the batch of 2022. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the entire placement process was conducted online. There were 4 rounds

 Round 1(Coding Round – Elimination Round): This round had one coding question which had to be completed within 75 minutes. 

• It was a medium-level array-based question and the platform was HackerRank. 
• There was strict checking for plagiarism. 
• After 2 to 3 hours the results were published and 28 students passed this round.

Round 2(HR Interview): This was a basic round and the interviewer asked some questions to know about me. 

1. Introduce Yourself
2. Family Background
3. What are your Hobbies?
4. Why do you want to join Rently?
5. Are you OK with 2.5 years bond?
6. In which work environment would you like to work?
7. What are your two strengths and weaknesses?
8. Where do you see yourself after 5 years?
9. Any Questions?

At the end of the round, the interviewer said that I am qualified for the next round which was the Technical Interview.

Round 3(Technical Interview – Elimination Round): This round took almost one hour. The panel had 3 members and the platform used was google meet.

1. Questions based on your Project. (So study your project thoroughly) 
2. Questions based on your technical skills mentioned in your resume.
3. SQL queries
4. Which language do you like? I said C++
5. What is Operator Overloading?
6. What is Object-Oriented Programming Concept?
7. How can you display multiple websites on a single webpage?
8. Different types of CSS?
9. Find the output for the pseudocodes. (They gave me pseudocodes in the google meet chatbox)
10. What is a primary key?
11. What are indexes?
12. What are the different types of databases?
13. What are Joins and their types?
14. What is lazy loading?
15. Questions on JavaScript (I was not able to answer everything)
16. What are the different types of inheritance?
17. Difference between Multiple and Hierarchical Inheritance?
18. Any Questions.

I was able to answer 85% of the questions. After a couple of hours, the results came and 7 students passed this round.

Round 4(Management Interview): This round was similar to the HR round. The Panel had 2 members.

1. Introduce Yourself
2. Questions based on your hobbies.
3. What do you know about rently?
4. Questions based on the hackathons I attended.
5. Are you OK with the 2.5 Years bond?
6. Preferred Work Location
7. Any Questions?

This rounded ended well and I was pretty confident that I would get selected.

After 3 to 4 hours the final results came and 6 students were placed at Rently and I was one among them!!
