Accenture Interview Experience

Accenture hiring has three steps:-

• Online Assessment (Aptitude + Coding) – rejection round
• Communication Test
• Interview

So, firstly I cleared my online assessment on 1^st Nov 2023 and then gave my communication test on 5^th Nov 2023. Then I was waiting for my interview mail, finally, I got the mail on 20^th Nov 2023 saying that I have my interview on 22^nd Nov 2023 and I have to choose my time slot. I chose the second slot which was 09:50 am.

Then the interview day came, I was fully prepared and confident which is the key to acing any interview. Then I joined the interview lobby and waited for around 15 min. At 10:05 am my interview started. The interviewer gave a brief introduction about himself and started asking these questions :

• Tell me about yourself.
• Explain your final year project.
• What challenges did you face while doing that project?
• Was it an individual or group project and if it was a group project then what was your role?
• If you have to make your project once again then what changes will you make?
• Some questions related to my hobbies.
• Do you have any questions to ask?

With this question, my interview was completed. According to me the level of the interview was easy and anyone with proper preparation can crack it.

Some other questions for which you should be prepared are:-

• About Accenture.
• Why do you want to join Accenture?
• Why should we hire you?
• Some common behavioural and HR questions.

Pro Tips to ace the interview:

• Be bold and confident.
• Maintain eye contact.
• Be clear and audible.

Practice all the questions properly before the interview. Record your answers on your computer and try to resolve the issues.
