Reliance Jio Interview Experience Deputy Manager FTE

So my selection with jio platforms started with a notification from the Placement and training team of our college that jio is hiring for post of deputy manager.

Coding Round (Online mode)

Our first round was comprises of technical test which was conducted online. It was consist of 3 coding questions, 2 of which were easy and 1 was of medium level. One of my question’s logic was to count number of prime numbers in an array, other one was based on mathematical logic , third one i can’t remember. i attempted all three of them and fortunately all were running on all test cases. So, after this i got a mail for my technical interview.

Technical Interview (Online mode)

In technical interview most of my friends were asked conceptual questions , some were asked different types of sorting methods, basic questions from array, implementation of OOPS , means their interview was conducted for around 50 min average. My turn was somewhat in the last so i had gathered all this info. In my turn i was asked to turn on my cam and to introduce myself. It tool around 3,4 minutes and i was confident. Secondly, the interviewer asked me about the questions of coding round. i answered them confidently. Then he asked me about OOPS(object oriented programming ) and four pillars of OOPS to impliment oops, after this he said that i am done with me and i can ask him any query if I have some. I asked him to give me feedback of my interview and something related to working locations. He answered me all this and wishes me for the next round of interview (if i got selected). Later i received e-mail regarding next stage of interview i.e. HR round.

HR Round (Online mode)

In HR round first, i was asked to introduce myself. After introduction she asked me questions related to my projects mentioned in my resume. She made sure that i haven’t copy pasted them, by asking some deep questions like which software i used, language used, libraries used etc etc. after all this she asked me location related queries like if i am having any issues in shifting to Navi Mumbai and other location where i can be posted. After this conversation she wished me good night because time was already 9:45 pm.

The interviews i mentioned above were conducted in nov 2022.
