Oopar.Club Interview Experience for Design Intern

I got selected as a UI/UX Design intern at a based on community-building startup heard as Oopar.Club! They were hiring fresh designers around the country.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Proficient in design tools( i.e Figma, Adobe Photoshop)
• Proficient in speaking tools
• Team Player in managing tasks

Round 1: It was a Technical round.

Tips:

• Try to focus on design skills.
• Be strong skills that you mentioned in the resume.
• always try to keep calm and practice with a friend before the interview.

My key responsibilities were to design their website and build an App for connecting the community. I also managed their social media handles and made some cool stuff for their social media page. I learned time Management, and along with the regular classes I distributed and shaped my time efficiently. Got a mentorship to work under some professionals and got industrial-based projects.

Some pros are like you got good exposure to how to work in an industry or startup. Stand outside the crowd as it increases the chances of hiring other than those who are less experience. Some cons you can face is that if you can get other domain work that is what was asked to do.
