Round 1 – Online Assessment

There were nearly four rounds, with the initial stage being the online assessment. The online assessment primarily comprised questions related to programming, focusing on languages such as C and C++. Additionally, electronic questions related to diodes and electrical problems were included in the assessment. I successfully answered nearly all the questions in the online assessment. The results were promptly announced the following day, and on the subsequent day, the first round of interviews commenced.

Upon successfully answering all these questions, I received a call for the next round, the Technical Managerial interview.

The third round, the Technical Managerial Round, involved discussions with Hiring Managers to assess whether I was a perfect fit for the role. The focus of this round was a detailed examination of my resume. Given that I had completed three internships, the conversation revolved around my internship experiences. The discussion encompassed:

– Detailed discussion on each of my three internships.

– Explanation of the specific tasks and responsibilities undertaken during each internship.

– Discussion on how I addressed and overcame these challenges.

After a comprehensive discussion lasting approximately 20 minutes, I received a confirmation email for the next round which was the HR round.

Round 4 – HR Round

The fourth round, the HR Round, commenced with a request for a self-introduction. Following that, the HR representative inquired about my knowledge of Aptiv, delving into specifics such as the company’s background and its clientele. The discussion extended to:
