CraftIndika Interview Experience For Internship (On-Campus)

CraftIndika (a startup) visited our campus with internship opportunities for SDE and marketing posts. There were three rounds for all the roles. I applied for the SDE role and went through all three rounds.

Round 1(Resume Shortlisting):

• We were asked to upload our resume through Google Forms a day before they visited our campus.
• 50 resumes were shortlisted out of 150 applications for the SDE role.
• Applicants with French and German languages were given an edge over others.

After the resumes were shortlisted, we got an email to attend the induction ceremony in the GIG gallery. There, we came to know about Craft Indika’s national and international businesses. After that, we were sent for Round 2.

Round 2(Offline Test):

• Timing: 45 Minutes
• Basic Programming’s MCQs and Pseudo Code (20 questions in 25 minutes)
• HTML, CSS, Java Script basic MCQs (15 questions 20 minutes)

30 applicants got the chance to attempt the third round.

Round 3(Technical + HR):Personal Interview

• Timing: 30 minutes
• We were given four Java Script questions of which we had to attend only one.
• I am listing down the questions and GFG references below.

1. Implement Binary Search using Java Script.
2. Implement Heap Sort using JavaScript.
3. Sort 0s and 1s in an Array using Java Script.
4. A Sum of Distinct Elements in an Array.

HR Interview:

It was a 5-minute Interview About all the basic HR stuff like working hours and stipends.

Selected applicants got the mail to join them from the next month.
