MuSigma Interview Expereince for Trainee Decision Scientist (On-Campus) 2023

Eligibility: Engineering (B. Tech/BE) for all branches. With 70% and above an aggregate score.

STEP-1: Preplacement Talk & Online Assessment

The first step of the mu sigma hiring company for trainee decision scientists is ppt and online assessment. After PPT online assessment was held immediately in a virtual mode with camera and microphone access. Questions were asked in C language like there was a snippet of code and you have to choose the correct output and also there were aptitude questions(medium level) too. So for this round well prepare from aptitude=section. This is the elimination round.

STEP-2: Group Discussion

Following the online assessment, candidates who successfully passed the initial assessment were invited to participate in the Group Discussion (GD) round. This round was conducted virtually as well. For this round just go through common GD topics on the internet. This is also an elimination round.

STEP-3: Personal Interaction(PI)

Following the Group Discussion round, candidates who have been shortlisted proceed to the Personal Interaction (PI) round, which is conducted in a one-on-one virtual format. In this round, mainly questions asked from your resume like from your projects, about your skills, and hobbies. So I will highly be recommended to thoroughly review your resume in preparation for this phase.
