EmbedUR Systems Interview Experience

Hi all!

In this blog, I would like to share my Interview experience on embedUR Systems for the role of Software Engineer. First, let me give a brief note about the company. The embedUR Systems was established in 2004, they have expertise in embedded software, Wireless access, IoT, Cloud, etc.

There were four rounds. MCQ, Group Discussion, Technical discussion (Technical HR), General HR.

Round 1:

Candidates who met the eligibility criteria of 70% in academics were shortlisted for round 1.

It was MCQ based on logical, verbal, and quantitative aptitude and some from computer networks, snippets.

Basic knowledge of computer concepts and the ability to solve easy to moderate aptitude are enough to clear this round.

Round 2:

This was a Technical Group Discussion round. Students who cleared round 1 were split into teams of 8 to 9 members. The discussion went on for 20 to 30 mins. Technical questions were asked and candidates can raise up to answer. It must be a healthy discussion.

There may be another Group Discussion based on the number of candidates clearing round 2.

Round 3:

It was a technical HR round. Questions from concepts like operating systems, DBMS, oops, and networks were asked. Also, questions can be asked about projects, Areas of interest, etc.

Round 4:

This round was a General HR round. General questions about the company, their products, etc were asked. Also, the candidates’ interests and career goals might be asked.
