LTI is a mass recruiter.
Round 1: It Consisted of an online round that consisted of aptitude questions of easy level and along with some HTML, CSS questions and a coding question that can be easy to medium difficulty level based on luck those who solve coding are eligible for a higher package.
- My coding question was medium it was to find the minimum no of adjacent swaps required to make a string palindrome.
220 people were selected from our college. Out of which 30 were selected for level 2 and the remaining for level 1. I was selected for level 2.
Round 2: Technical Interview: This is an easy round in this the interviewer will ask some basic questions like DBMS questions either join or basic query related, and I was asked with an easy coding question also ie given a number add the digits of the num until we get a single-digit number like 198=1+9+8=18=1+8=9.Here we were also told about the 2-year bond policy also.
Round 3:HR: It is also an easy round where hr would ask some basic questions like your positive and negative points. And also asks about ur achievements and your technical skill u have. Now after this overall 75 students were selected and out of which 20 were for level 2, and I was one of them.
