I am delighted to share my off-campus interview experience, which was a pivotal step in my journey to secure the Software Developer position at Infosys. This opportunity opened up when I stumbled upon the job posting on the Company Website, and it immediately piqued my interest due to the alignment between my skills and the company’s mission and culture.

Now I’m Sharing my interview Experience for the Software Engineer Role in Infosys Technical Company Off-Campus :

Application and Resume Submission:

  • I came across the Software Engineer job opening at Infosys Technical Company on their official website.
  • I submitted my resume and a cover letter, along with any other requested documents online, on [12/03/2023].

Resume Screening:

  • Infosys Technical Company’s HR team reviewed my application, and I received an email confirming that I had passed the resume screening on [07/04/2023].

Initial Screening (Video Interview):

  • I was scheduled for an initial video interview, which took place on [mention the date].
  • During this 30-minute interview, I was interviewed by a recruiter who asked about my background, relevant experience, and why I wanted to work at Infosys Technical Company.

Technical Assessment:

  • I was then required to complete a technical assessment, which involved solving coding challenges and demonstrating my problem-solving skills.
  • The technical assessment was due within a week of receiving it.

First Technical Interview (Video):

Behavioural Interview (Video):

On-Site Interview (if applicable):

  • An on-site interview was not required for my role, but if it had been, I would have visited Infosys Technical Company’s office for further interviews and discussions.

Final Interview (Video) with Hiring Manager:

  • The final round involved a video interview with the hiring manager for the Software Engineer role.
  • We discussed my long-term career goals and how I envisioned contributing to the company’s success.

Job Offer and Negotiation:
