Personal Interview: Two panellists, one lady and one gentleman, both middle-aged.

M: Where are you from?

Me: Told

M: Take a stand on the wat topic.

(A brief discussion on this in which they didn’t agree saying that work ex-people are difficult to place)

L: Favourite subject from undergrad?

Me: Told SQL.

L: Author of the book you studied? What is ‘distinct’ in SQL?

Me: Told

L: How will you relate your undergrad with MBA?

(A discussion on this ensued with again M being not satisfied.)

M: Predict 3 things that will happen in India at a macro level.

(I was taken a bit off guard by this question. Should have answered better)

L: Difference between a leader and a manager?

M (simultaneously): Do grades decide the leader and manager?

(Had a good discussion on this)

(Overall, the panellists countered almost whatever I said or interrupted with some other questions.)

Lasted for about 15-20 mins.

Verdict: Converted (Initially waitlisted)
