In this article, I will share my insightful experience regarding the admission process, eligibility criteria, and required documents at GURU NANAK DEV UNIVERSITY, AMRITSAR.

Currently, I am pursuing Btech in CSE at this university.

My college admission experience was an exciting and transformative journey, it was filled with anticipation and personal growth. I scroll down lots of Colleges, Universities and attended college fairs, and also engaged in conversations with current students and alumni. There were not a lot of reputed colleges in my district(Hoshiarpur). So I searched for other colleges, some were too far and some were a little far like in the neighboring cities. So finally after convincing my parents to admit me to the University in Amritsar near Golden Temple and Khalsa College. It becomes sometimes tough to stay away from family and home.but “Kuch Pane K Liye Kuch Khona Padta Hai”

Application process:

Filling Admission form is not very easy for us because we have no experience in college admission. Even I want to share that I got to know about GNDU’s application form on the last day of its closing date(even today I feel blessed that I get to know about it on time).

Candidates are advised to apply for admission at their earliest opportunity by visiting the authoritative website the www.online.gndu.ac.in portal. Cost of Application Form at GNDU Admission: INR 1200 for General Category students and Rs 600 for reserved category. Registration Fee for B. Tech (based on JEE).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification:10th,10+2 from a recognized board in India or equivalent qualification from abroad.
• Exams: JEE percentile matters for admission in Btech.
• Relaxation to reserved categories in terms of the minimum percentage criteria and fees.

Documents :

• 10th and 12th Std. Marksheet
• School Leaving Certificate
• Aadhar Card
• Passport size photo
• Miscellaneous documents.
