About IIIT-VICD:

The Indian Institute of Information Technology Vadodara-International Campus Diu (IIITV-ICD), an institute of National Importance, is a prestigious educational institution that serves as a positive environment for student development and self-discovery. It was designated an institution of national importance by an Act of Parliament. Cooperation between the governments of Dadar & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu (UT Administration of DNH & DD) led to the establishment of IIITV-ICD in 2020 in the Education Hub, Kevdi – Diu. IIITV-ICD has been accommodated in the state of art campus of the Education Hub at Diu. The Educational Hub is spread over 25 acres of land.

Campus Life:

IIIT-VICD is a satellite campus of IIITV. The institution, which is located on the beautiful island city of Diu, is tucked away among the exquisite coastal charm and unspoiled beaches, providing the perfect setting for an outstanding college experience.

The institute fosters an environment that is both competitive and encouraging for B.Tech in CSE students. Students who are solely focused on this subject gain from a close-knit group where seniors offer priceless advice, providing a dynamic learning atmosphere that supports both academic and personal growth.

Extra Curricular Activities:

The institute understands the value of holistic development outside of the classroom and provides a diverse range of extracurricular activities. The Student Activity Center (SAC), which is controlled by students, consists of the Technical, Literature, Cultural, and Sports major committees. Each committee is made up of many clubs that are in charge of organizing various events throughout the academic year. The academic calendar is constantly filled with different events that take place all year long and offer excellent exposure as well as support for personal development.

Placement :

As a recently created institution that won’t have its first graduating batch until 2024, IIITV-ICD does not yet have an official training and placement cell. For any placement-related support and guidance, it is currently referring to the placement cell at IIIT Vadodara.

As a mentor institution for IIITV-ICD, IIIT Vadodara seeks to assist and offer direction for future placement drives to be held at the institution. The placement process is broken down into the following steps.
