Deutsche Bank Interview Experience (On-Campus) 2023

Recently, Deutsche Bank came to our campus for an internship and placement.

There were overall 4 online rounds conducted.

1. Online Coding Test.
2. Technical Round.
3. Professional-fitment Round.
4. HR Round.

Round 1(Online Coding Test – 120 mins): 

The round tested our understanding of fundamental computer science and coding concepts and consisted of two coding questions and ten multiple-choice questions (MCQs). MCQs covered DBMS, operating systems, computer networks, and oops.

Round 2(Technical Interview 45 mins):  

1. Tell me about yourself.

2. Oops questions like Abstraction vs Encapsulation, Types of Inheritance, Multiple Inheritance can be achieved by.

3. 5 coding questions:

• Implement stack using a queue.
• Travse a linkedlist.
• Palindrome
• Fibonacci
• Nth floor egg break(Google interview question).

4.DBMS concepts like Normalisation,(1NF,2NF etc).

5.DBMS query on relationships and JOIN.

Round 3(Professional-fitment Round):

1. Started with questions on the keywords on my resume like what is mern etc.

2. Then I had to explain projects on my resume. I was asked questions on OOPs and Networking.

3.He also fabricated a scene in which I was informed that my abilities weren’t appropriate for the job. I did my best to persuade him.

4. Then asked some fundamental questions from digital systems and data communication since I was from ECE branch.

Round 4(HR Round):

I didn’t make up to this round.
