Coding Ninja Interview Experience For Software Engineer

Interviews are your best opportunity to get to know a candidate and determine if they’re the right fit for the job. A positive interview experience can convince a talented person to join your team but a negative experience can tarnish your company’s reputation.

At the beginning of my 3rd semester, I applied to the software engineering internship program at coding ninja. As this was a college hiring, there were a lot of applicants, and they needed to filter out the candidates through a pre-assessment test.

I was later called for a live coding interview and this was the very first coding interview of my life for which I have no preparation. In fact, I didn’t notice the mail which called for the interview as the mail was sent from the personal mail of the recruiter and I kept checking the mail of the company and I was having a coffee and enjoying my day then all of a sudden the recruiter called me on my phone and within 5 minutes I got back to my home and opened the laptop and joined the call. This was the very first coding interview of my life, which made me realize that solving problems in coding contests and solving problems in front of an interviewer are entirely different things.

but finally i got selected and it is very heartfelt situation for me.

It’s said that everything in life happens for a reason, and my past experiences have seamlessly paved the way for my future endeavors. I am thrilled to announce a new chapter in my journey.
