Brillio Interview Experience for Data Analytics Engineer (On-Campus)

Brillio visited our campus for hiring in the month of September 2022. It consists of four rounds.

1. Written test
2. Group Discussion
3. Technical Round
4. HR Round

Round 1: Written-test

This round was conducted on the mettl platform. It consists of coding, SQL queries, games, and aptitude as well. This round was not so hard . Maximum number of students can grab it.

Round 2: Group Discussion

This round was conducted with all the campus students who got selected in the first round. It was conducted in google meet. They divided us into batches and allowed 15 min time for each batch.

We were given a topic and 2 minutes of time to think. Anyone who brought up important points and was involved in the discussion voluntarily got selected for the interview.

Round 3: Technical interview

This round went for 30 minutes. The interviewer asked some questions like :

1. Tell me about yourself
2. Projects
3. coding question in my preferred language
4. SQL query on joins
5. The approach of my project

Round 4: HR Round

This round was a telephonic interview. The interviewer called us on the phone and talked to us very friendly. He tested my Activities, my background, Team leader qualities etc. He also gave some scenarios of coding and asked me to guess the what is the name of that logic.

For example :

He gave a scenario where a = a + b, b = a-b, a = a-b and asked me to guess the logic.

Tips :

1. Be confident in the interview, the interviewer will be very friendly.
2. Try to speak first in GD.
3. Receive all the calls even from unknown numbers.
