I would like to share my interview experience with Brillio company which has come to hire in our campus in the month of September 2022. They have four rounds of the selection process namely

  1. Written test
  2. Group discussion
  3. Technical round
  4. HR interview(telephonic)

Round 1 – Written test:

This round was organized with mettl platform. They gave 2 coding questions related to data structures one is on graphs other one on trees, SQL queries, the gamification round, and some aptitude questions as well. This round was not hard to clear. Many of the students from my college qualified here.

Round 2 – Group Discussion:

This round is in Google Meet with all the candidates selected from round 1 from our college. They divided us into batches and gave a topic for each batch with a time of 2 minutes for preparation on the topic later 15 minutes to talk on the topic. Those who started the discussion and raised good points got selected in this round. Luckily I was one among them.

Round 3 – Technical interview:

I got interviewed for 30 minutes by a senior software developer from Brillio.

Questions:

  1. Self introduction.
  2. About my projects and detailed explanation about the implementation of the projects.
  3. An object oriented programming coding question on polymorphism (asked me to code in java only).
  4. What do I know about Brillio.

This round was good. And I got selected.

Round 4 – HR round:

This was telephonic interview. Interviewer called me on the phone and asked about myself. He was friendly. He asked all about me regarding my achievements, my interests and why are those my interests particularly, my complete background, certifications, also checked and asked every details that was in my linked in profile. He was in touch with technical aspects so asked me some coding questions as well like logic for palindrome number or not. This call went for an hour nearly.

After all these rounds the result was I got selected.

Suggestions:

  1. Solve one coding question and SQL query to get selected.
  2. Speak your point related to the given topic clearly and try to be the first one to speak in GD.
  3. Be confident and make things clear then speak in interview.
  4. Be attentive to phone calls.
