Recruitment Process

Analog Devices conducts 5 rounds to select freshers in their organization.

  • Round 1 (Online Test)
  • Round 2 (Interview Round 1)
  • Round 3 (Interview Round 2)
  • Round 4 (Interview Round 3)
  • Round 5 (HR Round)

Academic Criteria

  • 60 percent or above in B.Tech, Class X and XII.
  • No backlogs at the time of the interview

First Round (Online Test)

Output-based questions in C++ and Python that required to have a good understanding of OOPs concepts. Few questions on Computer Architecture. The test contains questions from operating systems algorithms, data structures, C, Java, SQL. Coding Questions can also be asked in this round.

Second Round: (Interview Round 1)

The interviewer ask questions on OS concepts like Virtual Memory, Semaphores, Inter-Process Communications, simple algo based questions, and enquiry about projects. They also ask questions about resumes. You may be asked puzzles in this round.

Third Round (Interview Round 2)

During the interview, Computer Science candidates will be tested on their coding skills. The panel will also ask questions about your résumé, so be sure you know what you’ve included on your CV. This round may also include puzzle-related questions.Interviewer ask Questions on Page Tables and Segmentation, Interrupts and Exceptions were asked. Questions on the Endian system were asked.

Fourth Round (Interview Round 3)

 Interviewer asked Questions on queue, Linked List(Circular and Doubly), Stack, Software Engineering(Cohesion & Coupling) and System Design, Questions on Compiler Design are also asked. Computer Science candidates will be tested on their coding skills. The panel will also ask questions about your résumé, so be sure you know what you’ve included on your CV.

Fifth Round (HR Round)

They ask HR questions like :

  1. Questions about family background.
  2. What you know about Analog Devices.
  3. Tell me about yourself
  4. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
