Yahoo conducts 5-6 rounds to select freshers as Software Engineer in their organisation.

Academic Criteria :
- 75 percent or above in B.Tech, Class X and XII.

Online Round :
Written round oftenly consists mainly of two sections namely, General Aptitude and Technical. Technical section contains questions oftenly form Computer Networks, DBMS, Unix, Data-Structures, Algorithms and c/c++ output questions.
