Round-1 (Basic Grammar test)

  • The first round consisted of basic grammar sentences.
  • We had to answer 20 MCQ questions in 20 minutes.
  • The questions were divided into three sections, the first one was to complete the sentences, the second was to find the missing words, and the third was the check if the sentences were correct, if not then select the correct sentence.
  • The questions were easy, knowing about basic grammar rules and sentence formation would be enough.

Tips: Don’t stress too much, the question will be very easy. If you find the test portal is not loading use a different browser.

  • Again you will have a demo call with a customer again, this time while solving the customer’s problem you will also have to reply to the manager’s questions appearing on the customer screen.

Tips: Keep the microphone close to your mouth, this will the computer to better detect your speech.
