I got to know about the hiring from the LinkedIn job section and asked for a referral from one of the Adobe employees. I received a call from HR and got the first interview scheduled for the next day.

First Round: The first round was a technical round.

It started with the skills mentioned on my resume and after that, I was asked a coding question which has been previously asked in Adobe, the question was the maximum diameter of a binary tree. First, I explained the approach, did a dry run, and then coded the same.

Next again I was asked questions on my projects and this way the round went quite well within an hour.

Second Round: The second round was again a technical round.

I was asked to code on a clone of the linked list and was told to do some modifications. Next again I was asked about my projects. This round too went quite well for an hour.

Third Round: The third round with the director.

In this round, I was supposed to be asked LLD as HR had already conveyed the same before, and alas I wasn’t prepared for that, so I wasn’t able to proceed.

Though I wasn’t prepared and missed grabbing the opportunity, I will learn from this experience. One thing that helps in clearing these rounds is doing structured preparation and giving regular mock interviews. I am a self-learner, but it’s not true for everyone. So if you need help in doing structured preparation, I’ll suggest you take help from the interview preparation course by GeeksforGeeks.
