Recruitment Process:

Accolite conducts 5-7 rounds to select freshers as Software Engineer in their organization.

• Coding Round
• Technical Round 1
• Technical Round 2
• Technical Round 3

• HR Round

Academic Criteria:

• 65 percent or above in B.Tech, Class X and XII.
• No backlogs at the time of the interview

Aptitude Round:

This is an online round, which consists of MCQs covering General aptitude, C, C++, OS, and DBMS. Generally, there is a negative marking (-0.25) for each wrong answer.

Coding Round:

The students who clear the written round are called for the Coding Round. In this round, you can expect three coding problems. To clear this round, you should be strong with data structures and algorithms with neat code-writing skills.

Technical Rounds:

The students who clear the written round are called for the coding round. To clear this round you should be clear with your basics. You should be prepared with Data structures and Algorithms, DBMS, OOPs concepts. Students will be expected to write codes in the interview. You can also expect questions from your resume. HR Round:

In this round you can expect HR questions like :
