Accolite Digital Interview Experience

Accolitedigital visited my campus (SATI, Vidisha), and I took the basic qualification test it took around 1 hour, and the test comprised various theoretical questions like networking, oops, etc. The questions were not very tough. You can crack it easily if you have attended your classes regularly in your engineering days. The result of the exam was declared on the same day. The interview was divided into 3 parts technical round 1, technical round 2, and Hr round.

Technical Round 1

The first round of the discussion was very simple with the basic knowledge of the DSA you can crack it easily. Being the fresher the interviewer didn’t expect you to be perfect in every answer you give but you should have a proper understanding of the workings of the code. Coming from a C++ background I was asked about strings, arrays, pointers, and recursion. To be specific I was asked to reverse the line, replace a particular letter with Astrix, declaration of a variable, one or two questions on array declaration and its usage. If you clear and 1st round you will proceed to 2nd round.

Technical round 2

Within an hour my second round of the interview was scheduled. The second round was more of a challenge than the first round. I was asked about various sorting algorithms and their proper working, the complexity of the algorithms, etc. I was asked to write the pseudo-code of the sorting algorithm and explain it thoroughly. After clearing 2nd round you will proceed to the Hr discussion.

HR discussion

After 3-4 hours 2nd round result was declared and I was given the link for the HR round. The HR discussion was the easiest part. It’s one to one discussion with HR. I was asked about the basic HR questions which you can find on Google. There is not much to mention about the HR round but I can tell if you read about the organization for which you are taking the interview it will really help you.

Note :- I was offered a full-time internship with a stipend in JULY 2021 and an FTE offer in May 2022.
