Accenture Interview Experience (On-Campus) 2023 9

Accenture is a big service-based tech company. The Campus recruitment process of Accenture is quite similar to other IT companies. Refer to the following details:

1. Aptitude Test (90 Question – 90 Minutes)
2. Coding Question(2 Coding Question – 1 Easy and 1 Medium)
3. Communication Round (Speak, Listen, Read, Error Finding)
4. Interview

Every round was an elimination round. Detailed explanations of all rounds are as follows:

Aptitude Test

This section comprises several sections which were English, Reasoning, Computer Science Basics & predicting the output of the code kinds of questions. If you get passed in this round then the coding round window will open.

Coding Question

There were two questions among which one was of easy level and another was of medium difficulty level. One question was from Arrays and another was from Strings manipulation.

Communication Round

This is an AI-enabled test where you will be evaluated by an AI. There were several rounds- reading a passage, talking with the AI, Error Finding, Listening to the passage and then answering the appropriate answers.

Interview:

The duration of my interview was of 30 minutes approx and the topic of discussion for my interview was my project and that was the case for most of the students who also appeared interview. Started with a basic Introduction followed by some settling questions so that we both could ease up.

After that Interview asked me about the most difficult subject of my curriculum I said Signal and Systems then he asked me why and how I was able to pass the examination, I explained as I was from the Computer Science branch I found it very difficult to deal with Electronics subjects but as I know I was struggling in this subject So I gave my extra attention to this subject and was very attentive in my classroom.

Then he asked me about my project that was on my resume, I explained about my project where I have hosted it and how you can also access and see it. It was an IOT and Cloud project. He asked me about the technicalities of the project and about the code bases too. I explained it thoroughly.

After that, my interview was over and I asked about my feedback he said he was not allowed to give me feedback but told me indirectly that here in Accenture, we have a lot of hackathons happening from time to time so you will enjoy it.

After one month I received the selection result from Accenture and received the LOI (Letter of Intent).

As I am writing this I am currently working at Accenture.
