Accenture Interview Experience (On-Campus) 2023

Round – 1: Cognitive and Technical Assessment

There were 6 Sections in this Round. The total number of questions is 90 and the time allotted to complete the round is 90 minutes. This Round tested Student’s cognitive abilities and technical knowledge through multiple-choice questions.

• Cognitive:-(English ability, Critical Reasoning, Problem-Solving, Abstract Reasoning)
• Technical:-(Pseudo Coding, Common Applications, MS Office, Network Security, and Cloud Concepts.)

Round – 2: Coding Assessment

After clearing the first round, the coding assessment started within 10 minutes. A total of 2 Coding Questions are asked in this round, and the time duration given to complete this round is 45 minutes.

Round – 3: Communication Assessment

After Clearing the second round, the communication assessment is conducted on the very next day. In this round, the Communication skills of students were tested using concepts like Pronunciation, Sentence Mastery, Fluency, and Vocabulary.

Round – 4:   Interview(Technical + HR)

The interview has taken around 25 minutes to complete. Some of the questions that were asked by the Interviewer are mentioned as follows,

• Introduce yourself.
• Tell me about your technical skills.
• Explain your project.
• Mention your role and the work that you have done in your project.
• What are the problems that you have faced while doing your project?
• Explain OOPs with real-time examples.
• What is your best and worst subject in your course and explain the reasons for it?
• Mention the best appreciation that you have ever got in your life.
• Where do you wanna see yourself in 5 years?
• Any questions you have for me?

Finally, the results were declared after 15 to 20 days post-completion of the interview by the Accenture team. And I got a positive result. It is really a nice interview experience with a smooth platform to complete all the rounds from the Accenture company.
