Tech Mahindra Interview Experience for Associate Customer Support

Hello Everyone, Hope you all are doing well.
Now, let’s talk about the Tech Mahindra hiring process or Interview process for the Associate Customer Support role.
Basically, it’s a WFH(Work from Home) or WFO(Work from Office) job as per the requirement.
Step 1: Resume shortlisting
Step 2: After selecting the Resume, HR called me & asked some basic questions via phone call.
- Questions are: Introduced Yourself, Why you want to join Tech Mahindra, Can you speak Hindi & English fluently & at last, she gave a topic & I need to tell her a minimum of 2 minutes about the topic in Hindi & English language.
Step 3: After the Telephonic round(if shortlisted), she took a written test & computer typing test (based on wpm and accuracy).
Step 4: After clearing all the processes, she added me to a WhatsApp group & scheduled an interview after some days.
Step 5: In the Final Interview round basically the interviewer focused on our communication skills.
- Questions are Self Introduction, Why did you come for this role, Tell something about your family background, Tell me something about your hometown and lastly he gave me a topic & I need to tell about the topic for 5 minutes in English.
After clearing all these rounds finally I was selected by Tech Mahindra as an Associate Customer Support Executive role.
Note: After 3 days of my interview, HR informed me that I was selected. Also, she mentioned my joining or training date.
TIPS:-
- Be confident in the selection process or interview round.
- You need strong commands in your English.
- Keep in touch with your HR.
- Never say “NO”
- Keep a smile on your face during the interview.
