Zafin Interview Experience

Today, I’m excited to share my experience with the Zafin recruitment process. The process consisted of several rounds, each designed to assess different aspects of my skills and knowledge.

Round 1: Technical Test (50 minutes)

So the first round was 50 50-minute online technical test which you can give from home. So it Contains two Sections.

1st Section – It contains aptitude questions which you have to answer in 30 minutes and then the 2nd Section which involves questions on pseudocode. 20 minutes, 20 seconds

All the questions in this round were MCQ with medium level.

Then after successfully clearing the first round, in a few days, I proceeded to the second round

Round 2: Core Java MCQs:

In this Section , I had to answer MCQs questions related to CORE JAVA for topic like OOPs

Then there were two Codes that tested my problem-solving and coding skills. which was leet code hard-level questions

Following the completion of this round, there was a waiting period of one week to receive the shortlisted candidates for the interview stage

Round 3 Interview:

Technical Interview: In this interview, primarily focuses on my past project in-depth I was also asked to write code for algorithms like selection sort, and bubble Sort. adding that my project was on graphs they asked to questions related graphs like the Dijkstra Algorithm and some basic questions on try and catch etc.

Group Discussion: For Shortlisted Candidates, there was a group discussion session on the next day where we discussed on relevant topics like electric cars in India. basically, this step assessed our communication and teamwork skills

HR Interview: The Final Step Involved an interview with the HR of the company in which they focused on evaluating your compatibility with the company culture and assessing your motivation and fit for the organization.
