This campus drive was held by our training and placement cell for Sister Nivedita University. The officials of the company directly visited the campus for the on-campus placements.

Round 1 :

  • The first round was an online Aptitude test where questions were asked on the topics of Quants, Profit and loss, Mixtures, AP, GP, and normal mathematical calculations were there.
  • There were also questions from the data interpretation part as well and also the questions are seen from reasoning, verbal ability, etc. which were easy to moderate in nature.

Suggestions: Practice doing quants, reasoning, and verbal ability from GeeksforGeeks, Prepinsta, IndiaBix, etc.

Round 2 :

  • The students who cleared the first online round were shortlisted for the second round which was a coding round.
  • The questions were asked about topics like OOPS, Data Structures and Algorithms, Arrays, Trees, etc. There were MCQ questions as well on the languages like Java, C++, etc.
  • The level of questions was moderate. There were 2 coding questions based on the above-mentioned topics. The first one seems moderate but the second one was a bit difficult .

Suggestions: Pratise doing DSA, Coding from GeeksforGeeks.

Round 3 :

  • Those who have cleared the technical round were called for Group Discussion round physically within the campus. The students were divided into 9 or 10 groups(can’t remember exactly) with each group consisting of 20 students.
  • They were given 5 minutes of time to each student individually to speak on a given topic. This way they were able to judge a student’s confidence in explaining a topic and also the communication skill of that student and also without making a fierce environment as we have seen mostly in GDs.

Suggestion: Try speaking to yourself in front of the mirror in English. It will help you to boost your confidence and make your speaking skills better day by day.

Round 4 :

1. Those who were able to clear the second round were moved further to the next round which was the technical interview round.

2. Technical interview round was also online. The interviewer asked questions about the project which I have made myself based on the Frontend development. He was just trying to confuse me with the questions from there to check whether I have made it on my own or just copied it from somewhere.

Suggestions: Try to make projects on your own so that you know what you have built. Don’t copy without knowing anything about that.

Round 5 :

1. Those who were selected from technical interview rounds were called for the HR interview the next day. The HRs were very friendly, and they were just asking about me in order to know me better.

2. They were asking behavioral questions so that they can know my mindset and whether I am fit for joining their organization or not. At last, the result was positive, and I was selected for that company.

Suggestions: Don’t be very nervous while going for an interview. Keep calm, because they can know whether you are tense or not. So, dress in a formal manner and keep your mindset positive. Everything will be good.
