Value Momentum Interview Experience For Java Lead OS

Today I am sharing my interview experience with Value Momentum. It’s a service industry involved in the Insurance Sector.

They said there would be 3 rounds of interviews.

1. Online Test
2. Technical Round (Virtual Interview)
3. Techno-Managerial Round (Face To Face)

In the online test, there were two questions

• Star (*) Pattern
• To find a valid email ID from a String

The level of both questions was easy to moderate.

In the Technical Round, the interviewer was so called Company’s Sr Solution Architect. Surprisingly he didn’t ask any questions rather he was interested in the work experience I have, how I can contribute to achieving the Company’s goals, my tech stacks etc. I answered well with an explanation. Still, he rejected me without giving any genuine reason.

These guys have mental illness and used to waste candidates’ precious time.

During the interview, he said that the selected candidate must go through training on “One Sheild” for 3 months and must complete the certification. It will be Fully funded by Value Momentum.

In short, a total waste of time.
