University Institute of Technology RGPV Shivpuri Admission Experience

So let me give you a short description about my college. UIT RGPV shivpuri is an university owned government college which is established in year 2020 . It is link to the RGPV universiy of bhopal. The curriculum or syllabus followed in college is exactly same as followed in whole RGPV university.

Admission procedure – For admission procedure you have to register yourself for counselling through mpdte portal (https://dte.mponline.gov.in) . the counselling process as same as happen for other engineering colleges. Now if the seat allocated for you then you have to come on reporting date and finish you admission process.

The following documents are required for the time of admission –

1. Allocation letter from mpdte.
2. Domicile certificate (if any).
3. Income certificate.
4. Caste certificate.(Except for general students).
5. Passport size photographs.
6. 10th. 12th marksheet.
7. TC, migration certificate.
8. Gap certificate ( in case of drop).
9. Character certificate.

If you require more or forget to bring some the you can fill and application form and submit on date which will be given to you.

Requirements for admission – you have to appear on jee to be eligible to apply . Although you can get it from 12th . But i would say give jee for some reason.

My experience – I go on reporting date to done my admission process. The admission form are required to fill first . The i have to attach all documents. The documents list is also provided on that place. After completing form i paid the required fees. The hostel or bus fees will also included in it . I paid for only 1st semester first . Then taking the fees receipt and attached it with admission form .

Now there is an documents verification round in which your all attached documents will be verified with you original documents. i being asked some questions regarding my past schooling etc. Now my admission is done i am being added in college group and all the details afterwards will be provided in it.

Note – please go on time around 11 to 12 am as the process takes time . In my case i go on 3 pm and my admission is not done on that day i have to come on next day to complete it.
