• First Step(Assessments):-The initial step towards the TCS On campus hiring program is that you have to apply for the paper at the next step TCS portal and then after three to four weeks when there process test process starts they give you a certain assessment which contains Aptitude, Reasoning, coding part(normal and advanced). Note:-The assessment had been started in a batch-wise process so if you have not the get the link then don’t worry it will come at your turn. And also there are too many server problems I faced while giving the test so it may happen at your turn as well don’t worry they will re-exam the test as I got three chances to write the exam as I suffer three times server problems
• Interview:-So After writing the paper, I got selected for the ninja position then I had given my interview where the interviewer ask me the question about trending technologies and all the resume-based questions. So prepare as per your resume what you have written in your resume and also grab some knowledge about the trending technologies at your time.
• Upgradation-Paper:- After 1.5 months I got a chance to apply for digital upgradation and you can also register for it through their community section in the next step portal. In the upgradation paper, the paper pattern is similar to the normal hiring process and has two coding questions which have an easy and medium level in my opinion.
• Upgradation-Interview:-After three weeks I got selected for the DCA Interview process the Interview is scheduled at the TCS office where we go and there is a virtual meeting arranged for us there are 3(TR, MR, HR) members in the panel in a virtual meeting. it will take around 45 minutes.
