Swabhav Techlabs Interview Experience for Web3 Developer

I had my interview scheduled at the company Swabhav Techlabs. I arrived at the interview location and was greeted by the hiring manager. We sat down and she explained to me the structure of the interview. The interview consisted of three parts: technical, behavioral, and cultural fit.

For the technical portion, I was given a coding challenge related to web3 development. The challenge involved creating a smart contract for a simple decentralized application. I was given 45 minutes to complete the challenge. I felt confident in my ability to complete the task and was able to finish it within the given time.

Next, we moved on to the behavioral part of the interview. The hiring manager asked me several questions about my experience as a developer and how I would approach various situations. She also asked me about my experience with blockchain and web3 development. I gave detailed answers and shared my previous projects related to web3 development.

Lastly, we discussed culture fit. The hiring manager shared the values and culture of the company and asked me how I would fit in with the team. She asked me to share an example of a time when I worked with a team and how I contributed to the team’s success. I gave an example of a previous project where I collaborated with other developers and shared my problem-solving skills.

Overall, the interview experience was positive. The hiring manager was knowledgeable and friendly, and I felt comfortable sharing my experience and skills with her. I left the interview feeling confident that I had given my best and excited about the opportunity to work in web3 development.
