I have been associated with a Start-up company for over two year now. I came through a referral of one of my senior , giving two one round interview .So It was not that difficult to clear because if your fundamentals are clear then easily you can crack. It’s a very small decent company to start your career with. As it is a start -up, we all know that we can learn more and more here. There are numerous factors that depend on how much you are liking the company. I was lucky to get the domain or technology I was assigned in, because it was totally new technology in the market, So it was not familiar to me but still i thought one new thing I can get to know after working on this technology . I Started here from scratch, as we have less resource, work pressure is very high . So I had assigned with difficult task where i have to complete those by my own . and also I was given enough time to complete the task. Initially I was scared because when we get thing to do in practical way , we don’t know how to start and gets sometimes panic. Anyhow I just started , it took definitely lots of effort but at the last I could successfully do that . So I just want to say that syntax are available in google , the main thing you have to put your logic. First try to write the logic in paper then implement it .So in this way , I started learning things by my own. So never afraid of work pressures . Because if you are in Pressure, you will definitely find a better solution.

Being a fresher you will get ample opportunities to learn the domain properly. Rest after training it will be the same, but learning never stops, and once you are allocated a team and start working on a project a sense of responsibility kicks in. I have developed great problem-solving skills in the past few months. I am currently working as a Salesforce developer.

My Responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing, testing, troubleshooting, debugging.
  • Recommending changes in development, maintenance, and system standards.
  • Work closely with seniors to deliver high-quality and working production code.
  • Own development in multiple orgs which can improve my knowledge.
