Pelton Technical Group Interview Experience For Technical Associate Analyst

Required Experience and Skills:

• Qualified candidates must be from Final year B-Tech (can be of any stream) or MCA, with minimum of 7/10 CGPA or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment, high levels of initiative and drive.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.

Recruitment Process/Rounds :

1. Peloton Online Assessment (60 minutes)
2. Group discussion (15-20 minutes)
3. Technical + HR Interview (15-30 minutes)

Note: All rounds are elimination rounds.

Round 1 (Peloton Online Assessment):-

In this round we have to attempt the online assessment which contains two sections , first section contains Aptitude and Reasoning MCQ’s no of questions are 40 and the time was 50 minutes. For the second section English proficiency test contains 20 MCQ’s and the time was 10 minutes . Question in both sections are Easy to medium. If we pass the first round then only continue to next round.

Round 2 (Group discussion):-

In this round they will divide the into groups who are qualified in round one and they will give the topics and then they will provide 5 minutes time to think and write on paper. After writing we or another person in the group have to start the discussion , we have to involve in the discussion must and should either support or oppose .

I got the topic “Environment pollution”.

Some of the group discussion topics are:

• Environment pollution
• Online education
• Social media
• Work from home
• Movies in theatre and In OTT
• Censorship of OTT Platforms

* If you are outspoken and prove your communication abilities in Group Discussion round you are almost In … Speak out without any hesitation!

Round 3 (Technical + HR Interview):-

• For this round we have to groom ourself professionally and we have to carry our hardcopy of resume.
• Introduce yourself?
• Discuss about your projects.
• What are the skills you had either technical/Soft/Analytical
• Why should we hire you?
• And some questions on SQL database.

Some questions asked me are :

• Types of SQL commands.
• Difference and relation between Primary key and foreign key.
• Difference between delete and drop command.
• Write a SQL command to remove duplicates.

Additional Desired Skills:

• Exposure to technologies: SQL, web (Java, HTML, Python), relational database concepts.
• Ability to quickly understand and implement technical concepts.
• Experience in design, coding, testing, implementation, and documentation would be a huge plus.
