Nagarro Interview Experience for Fresher

Securing an interview opportunity with Nagarro, one of the leading IT consulting and services firms, was a defining moment in my professional journey. It was my first company interview, and I was nervous but excited. In this article, I will share my experience which was quite thorough, with 5 rounds in total.

Round 1: DSA and Aptitude Test

The first round was an online assessment that consisted of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) MCQs and aptitude questions. The difficulty level of the questions was medium. I was able to answer most of the questions correctly and was shortlisted for the next round.

Round 2: Coding Round

The second round was a coding round. There were 3 coding questions to solve, one each of easy, medium, and hard difficulty. I was able to complete 2 of the questions and partially complete the third. The questions were on arrays, string manipulation, and trees.

Round 3: Second Coding Round

Similar to the previous round, this stage also involved three coding questions with varying levels of difficulty. With my past experience, I approached the questions strategically, completing two of them successfully. Once again, the questions primarily revolved around arrays, string manipulation, and trees.

Round 4: Technical Round

The technical round, lasting 30 minutes, assessed my in-depth technical knowledge. During this phase, I was asked to explain the QuickSort sorting algorithm and its possible scenarios. Additionally, a coding problem and some questions related to my project were asked.

Round 5: HR Round

The fifth and final round was an HR interview. It focused on evaluating my compatibility with the organizational culture and values. HR-related questions provided an opportunity to delve into my career aspirations, work ethic, and how I envisioned contributing to the company’s growth.

Thankfully, within a span of 20 days, I received the email that confirmed my selection.
