LTI Interview Experience (On-Campus)

Recently I had an interview experience with Larsen and Turbo Infotech now became ‘LTIMindtree’ which was an on-campus recruiting process.

Eligibility criteria: 60% aggregate in classes 10,12, and in the current UG course, and there should not be any backlog at the time of joining.

Hiring Process Comprises: 3 rounds

Round 1: Online Aptitude Test + Communication Assessment + Technical Assessment

In this online test, there were three sections and each section has its individual time limit, you can’t switch between sections.
Firstly, they ask questions having normal Mathematics from Probability, Permutation Combination, Time, and Work questions there were 20 questions for 20 minutes.
Secondly, they took a communication assessment of 10 minutes in which some text will be written on the screen you have to remember that text and speak using a microphone, also the bot will speak one sentence after 5 seconds you have to repeat that using your microphone.
Thirdly, They took a technical MCQ test in which questions from DSA, Computer Organisation, Computer Architecture, C language, and DBMS. There were 25 questions in 30 minutes.

You have to perform well in order to clear this Round otherwise you will be eliminated.

Round 2:Online Coding Test

After successfully clearing Round 1, Round 2 began in next day. There were three questions for coding. 20-20 minutes each for three coding questions. You can choose any language for coding, the question were not like, sorting an array, or Reverse a linked list. They make their own question and you have to build logic for that. Additionally, you need to be good at the DSA concept.

Round 3: Technical & HR Interviews

After clearing Round 2, They took an online Interview in which they asked questions from

1. SDLC(Software development Life Cycle)
2. DSA
3. also for me they ask one question ‘Tell me what you learned in each semester of your entire course’.

and in HR Round they started with some basic question

1. Introduce Yourself
2. Family Background
3. Where do you see yourself after 5 years
4. Why you want to join this organization

and, also some questions related to your resume.

Tip: Being nice at your interview, and mostly you can’t answer each question but more important is that you need to be confident while attending your interview.
