First Round of Interview: Online Assessment (Quantitative, Logical, Verbal, and Coding Test)

The interview process at L&T commenced with an assessment comprising four sections:

  1. Quantitative Aptitude: This section evaluated my mathematical abilities covering topics such, as algebra, geometry, and data interpretation. It aimed to assess my proficiency in solving problems within time constraints.
  2. Logical Reasoning: In this segment, I encountered puzzles and scenarios designed to test my critical thinking skills, analytical reasoning abilities, and problem-solving aptitude.
  3. Verbal Ability: The verbal section assessed my command of the language through tasks involving reading comprehension passages vocabulary questions and grammar-based exercises.
  4. Coding Test: This section presented programming problems that gauged my coding skills and ability to think algorithmically. I had the flexibility to choose from programming languages for writing code.

The online assessment proved to be an equitable test of my abilities and technical skills. I had put in effort to prepare. I felt self-assured about how I performed.
