United Layer Interview Experience (On-Campus) 2023

United Layer, visited our college during the 7th Semester to hire Full-Time Software Engineers for the year 2023.

Eligibility Criteria: B.Tech/BE/MCA  Students with >= 7 CGPA (until date) from CS/IT/Electronics and other circuital branches.

Hiring Process :

  • Coding Round
  • Technical Discussion
  • HR ROUND

Round 1: Coding Round: It was conducted on the CoderByte platform consisting of six coding questions for 2 hrs. The level of questions was easy to hard and having a good grasp on DSA fundamentals will help one easily clear this round.

  • In 6 questions you need to complete at least all easy & medium problems and 1 hard problem in order to qualify for further rounds. (Haven’t remembered the questions)

3 out of 77 were shortlisted for the next round.

Round 2: Technical Discussion: Everyone who clears the coding round will get a mail from United Layer for the Technical Discussion invite within a few days and the questions are as follows,

  • Introduce yourself.
  • Live problem-solving (2 questions).
  • Basic SQL queries.
  • Questions regarding projects mentioned in the resume were asked.
  • OOPS.

1 out of 3 was shortlisted for the next round

Round 3: HR Interview: Generic HR questions were asked.

  • Introduce yourself.
  • About the company. 
  • How do you think this job is aligned with your goals?
  • Comfortable with the bond?
  • locations, salary breakup, etc. United Layer offers an  FTE Offer.
  • Any questions for me?

Verdict: Selected.
