JP Morgan Hirevue Interview Experience

I recently completed JP Morgan & Chase’s Hirevue online interview, after successfully passing their online coding assessment test. The company conducts an AI-based interview to select students for their “Code for Good” hackathon, and they provide a window of 2-3 days to complete the interview at your convenience.

During my interview, I was mainly asked HR-related questions. Specifically, I was given two questions to answer:

Question 1 “Can you describe a recent real-life learning and knowledge-based experience that you had?”

Question 2  “What are your future career goals?”

I found out that some of my friends who also interviewed with JP Morgan & Chase were asked slightly different questions, such as:

Question: “Can you describe a problem you faced while making a project, and how did you solve it?”

Question: “What do you think is the impact of COVID-19 on office life?”

Overall, the interview experience was challenging but fair. I appreciated the opportunity to showcase my skills and experience, and I believe it was a valuable experience that will help me in my future career endeavors.
