Institute of Aeronautical Engineering (IARE) Admission Experience

Firstly, I applied for the Ts Eamcet examination which is held every year in Telangana, whereas, In Andhra Pradesh, it is named as AP Eamcet examination. You need to apply and download both application form and save it or have a printout because when going to the exam center both the application form and hall tick will be released after some day of application form.

On the examination day, Try to be before the time your exam can be conducted both in the evening and morning according to the timing specified. whereas my exam took place in the evening session. I went to Malla Reddy Engineering College, naturally for an examination as my exam center.

The Document required list is

1. EAMCET Rank Card: It is the rank card obtained after the EAMCET examination.
2. EAMCET Hall Ticket: The hall ticket serves as proof that the candidate has appeared for the EAMCET examination.
3. Class 10th Mark Sheet: The mark sheet of the 10th standard examination is usually required for verification purposes.
4. Class 12th Mark Sheet: The mark sheet of the 12th standard examination or its equivalent is often needed as proof of eligibility.
5. Transfer Certificate (TC): The TC is a document issued by the candidate’s previous educational institution, confirming their academic record and allowing them to transfer to a new institution.
6. Category Certificate (if applicable): Candidates belonging to reserved categories such as SC/ST/OBC/EWS may need to provide a valid category certificate for reservation purposes.
7. Income Certificate (if applicable): Some institutions require an income certificate to determine eligibility for fee waivers or scholarships.
8. Residence Certificate/Domicile Certificate: This certificate proves the candidate’s residence in a particular state or region, which may be necessary for state-specific quotas or reservations.
9. Aadhaar Card or any other valid photo ID: A government-issued photo ID card is often required for identity verification

Firstly mark was the answer pdf which got opened. My rank was released after many days of examination due to corona lockdown.I was regularly checking for updates and the admission process and updates from youtube and television.

The steps involved after your rank was released are

1. Publication of Answer Key: The conducting authority releases the provisional answer key for the EAMCET exam. This allows candidates to compare their answers and estimate their scores.
2. Submission of Objections: Candidates can raise objections or challenge the answer key if they find any discrepancies or have valid reasons to believe that a particular answer is incorrect. They need to submit their objections within a specified timeframe along with supporting evidence.
3. then you have to select or book counseling seats.
4. Release of Final Answer Key: After considering the objections raised by the candidates, the conducting authority publishes the final answer key, incorporating the necessary corrections.
5. Result Declaration: The EAMCET results are announced based on the final answer key. The results are usually published online and can be accessed by entering the candidate’s login credentials. The result includes the candidate’s score, rank, and qualifying status.
6. Merit List/Rank Card: A merit list or rank card is prepared based on the candidates’ scores. It ranks the candidates in order of merit, with the highest scorers receiving better ranks. The rank card is an important document for admission purposes. If your rank is less than 10,000 then you may get full fee reimbursement.
7. Counseling Process: After the announcement of results, eligible candidates are required to participate in the counseling process. Counseling involves the verification of documents, choice filling, and seat allotment based on the candidate’s rank and preferences. It may be conducted in multiple rounds, depending on the availability of seats.
8. Seat Allotment: Candidates who successfully complete the counseling process are allotted seats in various colleges and courses based on their rank, category, and availability of seats. They need to confirm their acceptance of the allotted seat by paying the necessary fees within the specified time. please take print of both allotment order and rank card.
9. Reporting to College: Once the seat is allotted and confirmed, candidates need to report to the respective college within the given timeframe. They are required to complete the admission formalities, submit the necessary documents, and pay the remaining fees.

I went to college with my parents with documents which I took for my eamcet counseling. where I enquired watchmen where the admission process was going on. He replied there is B-block I went into B-block in the left first room where other students too were filling out their application forms I asked the first person I came to admission, and there they pleased me to sit on a chair and fill my application form on a computer screen. all process was going online in the Institute of Aeronautical Engineering College. I entered my 10th class and intermediate detail and fee reimbursement eligibility with the rank which I may get according to my rank and caste basis into the computer database.

Secondly, I submitted my original document was taken and scanned including the tc of the intermediate short-term memo. and l have submitted a long-term memo from the intermediate college later. I was asked to pay the admission fee and a lab and library fee of 20,000. They gave me a telegram channel list to which I have joined and a notification about the college start date.
