Introduction:

Back in March 2019, I was going home with one of my seniors. At that time, I was in the final year of my diploma. I was in a dilemma about which college I should choose. We were discussing colleges and their campus placements. That day first time I heard about DKTE College. DKTE Society’s Textile and Engineering Institute (DKTE) is An Autonomous Institute Affiliated with Shivaji University, which is situated in Ichalkaranji. DKTE offers Undergraduate, Post Graduate, and Diploma in various streams. The campus Placements of DKTE really great. In this institute, every year for the final year, students spend 350 hours on their placement preparation, like Vocabulary Building, Listening Skills, Speaking Skills, Writing Skills, Resume Writing, Interview Techniques, Quantitative and Logical Aptitude, and Mock Group Discussion. Online test practices, etc.

Why did I choose this college?

The main reason for choosing this college is its campus placement. Also, I heard good reviews about college faculties and their teaching. On their website I read about extra-curricular activities like cultural activities, and social activities, also another reason that I like this college.

To be eligible for admission, either you have completed your 10+2 or its equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry / Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational subject with minimum 50% marks in the subjects Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology subjects added together.
