iASYS Technologies Interview Experience (On-Campus)

IASYS Technologies is one of the companies working in EV testing and products. It came In Campus at our college. The company had two roles JAVA developer and CPP Developer. For both the roles company followed the following procedure :

Round 1 : (On Campus Online Test)

• The company conducted online test through Google Forms. There were two different tests for respective roles.
• The test was of 1 hr duration consisting of multiple choice questions. Most of the questions were pseudo codes and output guessing.
• A few questions were regarding the basics of CPP or JAVA depending on the role.
• The result of the test was declared soon. The selected candidates were called for the next round.

Tips: The pseudo codes are easy and required to be solved within the stipulated time.

Round 2 : (On Campus HR interview)

• On the same day as the online test. The selected candidates were called for face-to-face HR interviews.
• The interview was having basic questions like Introduction, family Background, Reason for joining the company .etc.
• HR from the company also viewed my resume and other documents during the interview.
• The result of the HR interview was declared after a few days and candidates were called for respective role-based technical interviews which were online.
• Candidates were informed through the campus of the interview schedule.

Round 3 : (Online Technical Interview)

• Selected candidates have to give online interviews conducted by the technical team of IASYS.
• Basic language-related questions were asked during the interview. Along with this Interviewer also asked questions about Databases, Data structures, etc.
• Candidates were also asked to write basic programs on online compilers in their respective languages. Also, basic advanced technology questions were asked.
• Based on interview performance few candidates were selected for advanced interview.

Round 4 : (Online Advanced Technical Interview)

• Candidates selected for this interview are contacted through campus.
• The advanced interview was about advanced concepts in the respective language.
• Candidates were asked complex questions to test their problem-solving and logical thinking. Also, Advance concepts were asked to implement like file handling, command line arguments .etc.
• A few complex programs were also asked during the interview.
• Based on performance candidates were selected for respective roles.

Tips: I have tried to explain the topics in depth without mentioning other topics that i don’t know.

I was selected for the CPP Developer role after a successful interview clearing.
