IBM Interview Experience For ASE (Off-Campus) 2023

It was an Off-campus Drive, comprising rounds

• Coding Assessments (virtual)
• English Language Assessment (virtual)
• Group Discussion (Physical)

Interviews (Physical)

Every round is an elimination one.

• Candidates who clear the coding assessments will be taking English language assessments on the same day. After that, you will get the date and location regarding the group discussion round (if the English language round).
• For me, the topic for group discussion was ‘ Gender inclusion and diversion in an organization’.

Got selected for the group discussion round and I had my interview the next day.

Last Round: Interview

There was one interviewer in the panel and the kind of questions were asked:

• Introduce yourself ( which is the most common and important one)
• About the final year project ( implementation and what technology used )
• Few questions from SQL ( joins, DDL, DML )
• A few questions from JAVA ( OOPS, Exception handling)
• Few HR questions

One thing important:

• Please carry all your important docs in group discussions and interview days.

After around 10 days, I got an email regarding the selection.
