Ford Motor Private Limited Interview Experience (On-Campus)2024

There are only 2 rounds overall. It was really a great experience. I applied through my Campus at SEC Chennai.

1st round:

Totally around 600 students were eligible to take up the online assessment. the assessment consists of 3 MCQ sections, English, Quantitative aptitude, etc., and another 2 coding questions in a separate session.

The first coding was easy level, to print the output by applying the palindrome concept, Second Question was a little bit tricky based on the hexadecimal conversion of a number.

Around 70-80 people cleared the first round.

2nd round: (Technical and Hr round)

Each student was attending an interview for almost 1 hour.

The division was based on their teams. They asked me to introduce myself and asked many Java questions, like the Oops concept with an example program, java collection framework, SQL queries, etc. It will be advantageous if you’re an intermediate coder, and you know at least 2 languages at an intermediate level. more technical questions were asked. and some of my friends got questions like pattern printing, basic tricky interview questions, questions on cloud computing, and computer networks, and it is also good to know about Ford.

Out of 70-80 students 12 students got placed, luckily I’m one among them.
