Deloitte India came to our campus for on-campus recruitment. The entire process was virtual. After Resume Shortlisting, we were asked to select and apply for one of the following job profiles:

  1. SAMA (Analytics & Cognitive)
  2. ET&P (SAP)
  3. Human Capital_SF
  4. Human Capital_Oracle
  5. Human Capital_WD
  6. Human Capital_DB
  7. BO PUR
  8. C&M SFDC
  9. BO Cloud

I chose BO Cloud.

Round 1: Online Assessment Test:

This round was conducted on the AMCAT platform and it consisted of 4 sections

  1. Quantitative Aptitude
  2. Logical Reasoning
  3. Verbal Ability
  4. Technical Assessment ( Based on DBMS, OS, DSA)

I cleared this round.

Round 2: Group Discussion

All the students who cleared the online test were then called for a group discussion. We were divided into groups of 7-9. Each group was given a case study. My group was given a case study related to “Digitalization of customer service for an automobile showroom”. There were two moderators. Total duration of the group discussion was 15-20 mins.

I cleared this round.

Round 3: Personal Interview

The interviewer was very friendly and asked me to relax and think of it as an informal talk. He asked me:

  • Tell me about yourself.
  • Asked me further questions from what all I mentioned in my introduction.

Then he asked me some questions about Cloud since I had applied for the BO-Cloud role.

  • What do you know about Cloud?
  • What are the different cloud service and cloud deployment models?

Then he asked me :

  • What are your aspirations in life?

To which I had initially replied something related to advancing in my career, then he asked me to specify my personal aspirations instead of academic or career-oriented aspirations.

I cleared this round.

Round 4: HR Round

  • Introduce Yourself.
  • Why Deloitte?
  • Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

I did not clear this round.

Final Verdict: Not Selected

Tips: Be confident, friendly and honest with the interviewer. Make sure you are very thorough with your resume and have prepared proper answers to the basic HR questions.

All the best!
